Parmant - 20 Jaar Jubileum & Gedragswijzer Explainimations

Two 2D explainer animations for Parmant Scholen, a podcast-style video for their 20th anniversary and a behavior guide for the whole school community.

01

The Brief

Parmant Scholen is a group of six secondary schools in Eindhoven. They needed two animations, a podcast-style video celebrating their 20th anniversary and a behavior guide explaining what's expected of everyone in the school community, from students and parents to teachers and staff.

02

My Approach

A colleague wrote the scripts and storyboards, and I animated both videos in After Effects. The timing, transitions, pacing and how each scene builds up were up to me. The narration was made with ElevenLabs rather than recorded. The behavior guide mixes illustrated school scenes, framed in a circular vignette, with icon animations that explain each guideline at a glance. Turning a storyboard into animation is work I do regularly at Enversed.

The Result

03 / About

Concept first, medium second

I'm Ramon, a multimedia designer based in Eindhoven. Projects start with a problem: what the thing has to do, and how someone should move through it. The answer has been a 360 film, a VR walkthrough, an explainer animation, a configurator and an AI training platform.

My part is 3D, design and code: modelling and lighting in Blender, interface and motion in XD/Illustrator and After Effects, plus the build in PlayCanvas or Next.js.
